"!!CAPONE & HUGO!!"
With alot of travelling this year, (and some recent health issues within the family) we decided to slow down the entries for the remainder of the show scene in the last three months.
Dogs West's last show was the first week of December and then we shut down down for 7 weeks due to the heat here in WA.
Capone is just coming along in leaps and bounds taking out a 3rd in Group, multi group awards at all breeds shows and nearly completing his title! I am so pleased with how he has done!
Hugo also taking out numerous Group awards, continuing to earn more points and just being the ultimate show man - I just couldn't ask for more!
Super proud of these little dogs and can't wait for 2025!
"THESE DUDES!"
WOW! WOW! WOW!
Both these boys took out both Best of Breeds on offer for long coat and smooth coat over both shows!
Capone strutted his stuff with confidence and aplomb and was super proud for him to win BOB in both shows from minor class!
Hugo was shortlisted twice for Best In Group, and I was really thankful that Kristy was able to take him in for me whilst I handled Capone.
Thanks so much lovely lady - you handled him beautifully!
"CAPONE"
ADRAHIL SHAKE DOWN
Talk about showing yourself off!
In our Open show, and under aspiring judge Ms K Richardson Capone just won Best of Breed, Minor in Show and
!!BEST IN SPECIALITY SHOW!!
Then in our Champ Show another
Minor in Show
was awarded under our esteemed local judge Ms Ida Homer!
Super proud of this little dude!
"HUGO"
AUSTRALIAN GRAND CHAMPION
VONCRONAN DIRTY DESIRE
For these three months Hugo has really started to hit his stride with the show scene!
Winning a BEST IN SPECIALITY SHOW, multi Runner Up Best In Groups, numerous points and then achieving his
AUSTRALIAN GRAND CHAMPION
title I am just super proud of this little dog!
"CAPONE"
ADRAHIL SHAKE DOWN
Just outstanding!
With his first show in WA, Capone took out Baby in Group under esteemed judge Deborah Howell.
He was just amazing!
"DOG OF THE YEAR"
here in Western Australia
is known as
"CELEBRATION OF THE BEST"
featuring
"BISS, RUBIS AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION
VONCRONAN DIRTY DESIRE"
It is an invitational event only, and the qualifiers are either Best in Speciality Show, Best in Show (All Breeds) and Runner Up Best in Show (All Breeds).
I am super proud to say that Hugo not only qualified once for this prestigious event, but actually qualified three times!
To get have a chihuahua looked at and be judged right up there in the All Breeds category can sometimes be a hard slog, so to qualify thrice and then be invited to this event was fantastic.
AND WE ARE ON A ROLL!
OUR NEWEST CHAMPION
****
AUST CH ADRAHIL QUINTESSENTIAL
Quinn has been slowly maturing whilst losing none of her fearless temperament, and within three weekends of shows obtained her points needed to be now known as Australian Champion!
Thank you so much to Rick Carter from Adrahil for entrusting me with Quinn who is a super bitch with a fantastic temperament.
Quinn is part of Rick's amazing lines and breeding program and I couldn’t have been more honoured to have been able to show her through to her title.
OUR NEWEST CHAMPION
****
AUST CH CHINTARO WORKIN IT
Spice or "Spi Mai" as she is referred to has been campaigned by the gorgeous Emma-Lee Slavin from Standoff Kennels in Victoria.
Em has really gone above and beyond in training, loving and campaigning this girl for me, and I am so very grateful for all her hard work as without her time and effort this wouldn't have happened.
Spice obtained her title during the Dogs Victoria Autumn Extravaganza and just like that obtained her final points needed.
Thanks so much Em xxxx
It really does take a village and I love ours!
BISS RUBIS AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION "VONCRONAN DIRTY DESIRE"
February was even better for Hugo than January!
Hugo being the showman that he is obtained
3 x Best of Breeds.
3 x Australian Bred in Group
1 x Best In Group
and
RUNNER UP BEST IN SHOW
(ALL BREEDS)
Love travelling to Albany as my eldest daughter and I always have a blast and generally make it a long weekend.
Super proud of
Quinn - Adrahil Quintessential
came away with both long coat Best of Breeds for the weekend and is well on her way to obtaining her Championship title whilst still in minor!
Well what a great way to start our showing year for our first show in January 2024!
Hugo - was awarded Dog Challenge, Best Of Breed, Intermediate in Group and Runner Up in Group!
So, so proud of him, and it was obvious to all he was loving coming back to the shows after our 6 week break.
Quinn hit the ground running with her fiery temperament and amazing hallmarks of the breed! Taking out the two bitch challenges on offer whilst still in minor!
This girl is fearless!
